Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel digital marketing plans; collaborate regularly with media agency/partners to develop and deploy creative tactics through multiple media channels, including print, video, podcast, sponsorships, digital, search, social and new and evolving media; ensure deliverables are received on schedule and project timelines are met
Assist in management of brand campaign programs; project manage and assist with event management and sponsorships
Develop analytics and engagement reports of performance, identifying optimization opportunities, recommending and executing optimizations as needed; provide support for campaign tracking and reporting
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to leverage national marketing programs and deliverables into local initiatives; ensure sales enablement/marketing content is up to date and assets are easily accessible to internal stakeholders
Provide support to regional and account marketers with strategic brand and relationship research, competitive & market research and contact engagement data updates and analysis
Assist with pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis to inform and influence Marketing plans and strategies
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
Interest and aptitude in following advertising and media trends
Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels
Working knowledge of media and marketing channels (especially current and emerging digital opportunities) and an understanding of media metrics and KPIs
Ability to synthesize insights from data to inform strategic planning and decisions
Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and social media platforms; experience designing in the Adobe Suite of tools, a plus
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
